RELAXATION MASSAGE is the classic therapeutic swedish massage. One of the primary goals is to relax the entire body. This is accomplished by working the muscles with long gliding strokes in the direction of blood returning to the heart. Swedish Massage is exceptionally beneficial for increasing the level of oxygen in the blood, decreasing muscle toxins, improving circulation and flexibility while easing tension.

DEEP TISSUE/THERAPEUTIC THERAPY allows the blood and oxygen to circulate properly, releases toxins, and releases muscle tension. During this massage, trigger point therapy and structural integration is also incorporated to eliminate pain and stiffness to re-educate muscles into pain-free living. 

 

SPORTS THERAPY  We understand athletic training and competition at both the professional level and for everyday use. By incorporating active isolated stretch therapy, joint mobilization and deep tissue techniques, sports massage can help prevent injury, help heal existing injury, and improve overall performance.

 

CUPPING THERAPY is a traditional, time honored therapy favored by millions of people worldwide because it is safe, comfortable and remarkedly effective for many health disorders. It's the use of suction, rather than compression for bodywork ranging from myofascial release to lymphatic drainage and everything in between!  Cupping rapidly facilitates rigid soft tissue release, loosens and lifts connective tissues, breaks up and drains stagnation while increasing blood and lymph flow to skin and muscles in ways not possible using compression.  When the cups move, Negative Pressure Massage feels great. The pulling action engages the parasympathetic nervous system, thus allowing a deep relaxation to move through the entire body. It is not unusual to fall asleep when receiving this treatment. People are often surprised how relaxed, warm and light they feel hours sometimes even days afterwards.

HOT STONE THERAPY is one of the most relaxing massages. Hot Stones are placed and guided across your body and the warmth from the basalt stones penetrates the muscles to loosen them for the gentle tissue manipulation that follows.

 

PRENATAL THERAPY treats you and your baby to a gentle massage that brings a nurturing touch to your body, encouraging relaxation by focusing on specific muscles such as lower back, shoulders and legs that experience strain during pregnancy. Treatment begins with an application of the warm oil carefully drawn on to your scalp. A deeply relaxing scalp massage follows, finishing with a warm towel head wrap allowing for the oil to penetrate into the skin while your therapist continues your full body massage session.

MOBILE MASSAGE brings our service to your door! The therapist will give you a professional massage in the privacy of your own home or wherever you need them to for your convenience. Minimum 60 minute massage.
